It started with a math problem.
We tried sending a box of Korean snacks from Seoul to a friend in Singapore. The snacks cost $11. The shipping cost $22. The box arrived half-empty. We thought: there has to be a better way.

Cross-border food commerce is broken.
Today, if you live in Manila and want a pack of Buldak Ramen, you have three options: pay a 4× markup at a Korean grocer, beg a friend to bring some back, or pay more in shipping than the snacks themselves are worth.
The supply chain isn't the problem. Korea produces hundreds of shelf-stable snacks every week. Boats and planes leave for every continent every day. The problem is in the middle — boxes leave half-empty, shipping is priced per-shipment, and nobody is optimizing the experience for the person opening the box.
“Most snack stores treat the box as packaging.
We treat it as the product.”
If the box matters most, optimize the box.
Fulfillment is usually thought of as a backend logistics problem. We think of it as a UX problem. Every shipping box has a fixed weight allowance — the magic is in how efficiently you pack it.
But that UX only works on real data. So we built the layer underneath it: every product we ship is measured by us — weight, dimensions, how it stacks — and indexed in our own catalog. The optimizer queries that dataset in real time, not manufacturer estimates that might be a millimeter off.
On top of that data, we built a UI that turns packing into a game. You pick a box size. As you add snacks, a live meter shows how full it is. Hit 99% and the price-per-snack drops below what you'd pay at the store next to the factory in Seoul. That's our 10× edge.

We're not a Korean snack store.
We're building global food commerce infrastructure.
Korean snacks are the wedge. The real prize is the infrastructure that brings any food, from any country, to any doorstep — smart packed, smartly priced.

Korea → the world
Korean snacks shipped globally, starting from Southeast Asia. Smart box-fill UX. Singapore beta in 2026.

Beyond snacks
Expand into Korean lifestyle: K-beauty, K-music, K-character, K-kitchen. Same infrastructure, more categories.

Global P2P
National hubs in Japan, the US, Europe. Japanese snacks to Korea. American snacks to Vietnam. Snacks shouldn't have borders.
Help us build it.
